Tom Lantz Invitational Results

The boys track & field team turned in one of its strongest all-around performances of the season at the Tom Lantz Invitational on May 1, with multiple top-10 finishes across nearly every event group.

Elijah Taylor and Weston Hunger paced the sprint squad with strong finishes in both the 100m and 200m. Taylor placed 8th in the 100m (12.12) and 7th in the 200m (25.07), while Hunger followed closely behind with a 9th-place finish in the 100m (12.55) and 8th in the 200m (26.45).

In the 400m, Zachary Bibb earned a 5th-place finish (1:00.27), while Cam Parker added a 6th-place finish (1:01.07). The middle-distance group also delivered strong performances, led by Landon Boardwine’s 4th-place finish in the 800m (2:15.31). Nick Danczak added a pair of top-six finishes, placing 5th in the 800m (2:17.25) and 6th in the 1600m (5:14.77).

Jay Taylor had a standout day in the hurdles, placing 5th in the 110 hurdles (20.95) and 6th in the 300 hurdles (50.03). The 4x400 relay team of Boardwine, Bibb, Parker, and Hunger capped off the meet with a strong 5th-place finish (4:11.65). In the field events, Cam Parker secured an 8th-place finish in the discus with a throw of 110-05.
